The DBT Center of San Diego is seeking to hire a staff therapist. We provide CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based psychological treatments to a broad range of adult and adolescent clients with multiple complex problems. We have a comprehensive and adherent DBT program with a supportive consultation team and clinical psychology students.

We are seeking a therapist with any relevant degree (Ph.D., PsyD, MSW, LPCC, or MFT) who is enthusiastic about treating complex, multi-problem clients. Applicants without previous experience and training in DBT are required to have solid training with compatible CBT approaches like ACT, exposure therapy, behavioral activation, and the Unified Protocol.
